First/Appetizer Course
Choice 1	Cheese pizzetta small individual pizza with our spicy red sauce and whole milk mozzarella - parmesan cheeses
Choice 2	Keating salad mixed spring greens with gorgonzola cheese, pine nuts, roasted red and gold peppers, and balsamic dressing
Choice 3	Minestrone rich vegetable soup with cannelini beans, penne pasta topped with parmesan cheese
Second/Main Course
Choice 1	Chicken grigio Pinot grigio & herb marinated chicken breast, charbroiled and served with roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Choice 2	Grilled salmon with sundried tomato-oregano butter served with roasted fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Choice 3	Penne pasta tossed in a spicy marinara with meatballs and garlic toast points
Third/Dessert Course
Choice 1	Tahitian vanilla gelato with lemoncello, blackberries & amaretti pignoli
