First/Appetizer Course
Choice 1	Lobster Bisque This classic lobster dish is served piping hot, finished with whole butter and sherry.
Choice 2	Peohe’s Salad Field greens tossed in our own orange-ginger vinaigrette topped with mandarin oranges and candied walnuts.
Second/Main Course
Choice 1	Peohe’s Prime Rib* With garlic mashed potatoes
Choice 2	Crab Stuffed Tilapia Coated with breadcrumbs, stuffed with crabmeat. Baked and finished with a caper butter sauce and wild rice
Choice 3	Coconut Crunchy Shrimp Large shrimp dipped in tempura batter, coconut, breadcrumbs and lightly fried. Served with wild rice and a selection of dipping sauces
Choice 4	Pacific Island Ahi Premium grade Yellowfin Tuna, char-grilled and served with warm soy-ginger butter, wasabi cream sauce and sautéed Szechwan vegetables
Third/Dessert Course
Choice 1	No Ka Oi In Hawaiiain - \"The Best\", to Peohe\'s it describes our fabulous Macadamia Nut Ice Cream Pie. We take macadamia nut ice cream and mold it into a dome on a chocolate cookie crust and drizzle Belgian chocolate sauce and more macadamia nuts on top!
Choice 2	White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Light and creamy cheesecake infused with raspberries and white chocolate.
Choice 3	Macadamia Nut Crème Brûlée
