Are ingrid's list three-course, Prix-Fixe dining certificates the same as cash?
Yes, your ingrid's list three-course, Prix-Fixe dining certificate is worth the same as the cash value listed on your certificate! If you choose an ingrid's list restaurant that does not have availability for a three-course, Prix-Fixe meal, you may still choose to go to that restaurant and dine from the full menu, buy a bottle of wine, or sit at the bar for drinks. We believe being flexible is a value, too. So while there is no guarantee that an ingrid's list restaurant will be available at all times, we want you to have a better chance to get a reservation at the restaurant of your choice!
If I don't use the full amount of my dining certificate, can I get the balance in cash?
ingrid's list three-course Prix-Fixe fine dining certificates are non-refundable but can be used toward your bill.
For value added restaurant certificates, if the balance of the unused portion exceeds $10.00, a refund will be issued to you from the restaurant where you are dining. ingrid's list's restaurants are required to follow state and country laws.
Does ingrid's list offer refunds?
No, there are no refunds.
What happens if I forget my certificate number?
There are three ways to retrieve your certificate number. If you forget your ingrid's list certificate number and are unable to access your email account, give your email address to the restaurant you are calling/dining. Or call Customer Service at 1-877-7MY-LIST or email at

Can I call and check for availability before I purchase my dining certificate?
Yes, you can call and check for availability at any time, but you will not be able to make a reservation without your ingrid's list dining certificate number which you will receive upon purchase.

No, it's free! There is no fee to the hospitality establishment for joining ingrid's list.

If you would like to purchase an ingrid's list dining certificate for someone and they don't have an email address, you can send it to yourself, print it and give it to them.

What is restaurant week?
Traditionally, Restaurant Week is an event that offers three-course Prix-Fixe meals, often organized by a Restaurant Association and/or a Convention and Visitor's Bureau to help promote dining. For more information about Restaurant Week, please visit

What if the restaurant I want to make a reservation with is booked?
If the restaurant where you would like to dine is booked, you can go to another restaurant within the same price point or you can use your ingrid's list three-course Prix-Fixe dining certificate as cash at that restaurant if a reservation is available.

How current/accurate are the menus?
Menus are the responsibility of our individual ingrid's list restaurants. All menus can be changed up to four times a year, so please call the restaurant ahead of time to inquire about the current menu selections.
Is there an expiration date for ingrid's list dining certificates?
Yes, one year from date of purchase, after which time, the ingrid's list three-course Prix-Fixe fine dining certificate will no longer be valid.
Can I use ingrid's list dining certificates 365 days a year?
You can use ingrid's list three-course Prix-Fixe dining certificates every day of the year. However, during a city's Restaurant Week event, please check directly with the restaurant of your choice.
Value added ingrid's list restaurant certificates are always valid except during a city's Restaurant Week event. However, please check directly with the restaurant of your choice to see if they will accept your value added certificate towards the cost of your meal.

What is the cancellation policy?

Is online payment secure?
Absolutely. We are using PayPal to provide our online purchasing method. All purchases are made on PayPals secure servers. You are provided with a full receipt from PayPal and we only see your contact and delivery details. You don't need a PayPal account - you can use your credit or debit card.

ingrid's list is the only website that provides fine dining certificates for three-course Prix-Fixe meals at exclusive dining establishments, year round at a savings. ingrid's list's restaurants have reserved a specific number of seats for our guests, so that they may dine at fine dining establishments for less.

ingrid's list assesses a 10% convenience fee which allows us to provide our valued guests:
- A list of the top fine dining restaurants offering three-course prix fixe meals in each ingrid's list city.
- A secure site reviewed on a daily basis.
- Email notifications of your purchase, confirmed reservation, and completed transaction.
- Live customer service from our San Diego office, and an unforgettable dining experience!
Do you store my credit card information?
No, we do not store any credit card information.
What is the affiliate program and how do I become an affiliate?
If I cancel or forget to cancel my ingrid's list Prix-Fixe fine dining reservation, can I use it again?
If you need to cancel your three-course Prix-Fixe fine dining reservation, please call the restaurant and let them know you are not going to make it. You can then use your certificate in the future, for one year from the date of purchase.
If you need to cancel your value added certificate reservation, please call the restaurant and let them know. Your value added certificate is good ongoing. (Or for as long as the name of the restaurant on the face of the ingrid's list value added certificate is in business.)
If a restaurant does not follow the requirements for ingrid's list what happens?

Your value added certificate has no time restrictions and is valid as long as the restaurant's name on the face of the ingrid's list certificate is in business.
